About Optily

What is Optily?

Optily is a digital advertising optimizer for your Google & Facebook ads. Simply put, Optily will instantly help ensure you’re spending your marketing budget at the right time in the right place.

How does Optily work?

Optily connects to Google and Facebook ads, organizes your ad campaigns into a smart funnel strategy (or OptiGroups), then moves budget from lower to higher performing campaigns. Optily can take budget from a low performing Google campaign and move it to a higher performing Facebook campaign, with one click, and without you having to leaving the platform.

What is an OptiGroup?

An OptiGroup is a collection of campaigns that share the same goal, regardless of the ad platform they’re displayed on. For example, you may have 6 conversion focused campaigns, 3 x Google Search and 3 x Facebook Ads. You can combine all 6 of these campaigns into 1 OptiGroup and Optily will ensure the best performing campaigns receive the right budget to deliver success.

Does Optily work with Shopify?

Yes, we specialize in working with Shopify stores.

Does Optily work with all web browsers?

Optily is best experienced on Chrome, but will also work well with Edge, Safari, and Firefox. 

Does Optily handle creative assets or copywriting?

Optily does not manage creative or copywriting for ads. The platform reduces the time it takes for you to manage campaign optimization so you can spend that time on your creative, copy, and audience work. However, if you are interested in a more hands-on offering, check out our managed service, Optily+.

Does Optily get commissions from Google or Facebook?

Optily does not receive a commission or any incentive from any ad platform.

Getting started with Optily

How long does it take to get started with Optily?

It takes as little as 3 minutes to connect your accounts and view your first Optily recommendations. 

What do I need to get started?

All you need to get started is:

  • Admin access to your Google and/or Facebook ad accounts
  • 2 or more active campaigns on Google and/or Facebook
  • CBO activated and UTM tracking in place on your Facebook ads

Do I need to download Optily?

Optily is 100% in the cloud. You can access the software from your browser (we recommend Chrome) on any device. 

Is there a minimum or maximum ad spend to use Optily?

Optily works best for those spending $10K+/mo on Google and/or Facebook and can work with a minimum budget of $5K/mo. There is no maximum ad spend and no change in cost if your budgets increase over time.

How many campaigns can Optily manage?

There is no limit to the number of campaigns Optily can manage. The Optily Accelerate plans offer optimization for up to 45 campaigns and you can increase this anytime with campaign group add-ons.

Do I need to install tracking codes?

Optily does not need any additional tracking codes or developer skills. To get start you simply connect your Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts to Optily. That’s it!

How much does it cost?

What is the minimum contract length?

You can create an Optily account for free here. Our range of packages offer rolling 30-day contracts, up to 12-month commitments with discount options for each service. 

How do I pay for Optily?

You can use a credit card or bank transfer to pay for an Optily plan.

Do I have to pay a commission?

Optily does not charge a commission for software services. If you require our managed service, Optily+, the Strategy Squad will craft the right plan type to suit your needs.
