Step 1: Let's get connected

We’ve put together a guide to help you connect your ads, analytics, store, and merchant accounts with Optily. Take a look and complete the steps for the services relevant to your business. 

If you need help, start a chat with us by selecting the icon in the bottom right corner of this page

  1. Go to your Facebook Business Manager Account
  2. Go to Business settings (click the 3 lines at top left of screen to find the link)
  3. Under Users, click Partners
  4. Click + Add
  5. Add Optily as a partner by selecting Give a Partner Access to Your Assets
  6. Optily business account ID =  961032370577274
  7. Click Next
  8. Grant access to the following assets:
    1. Facebook Page: View Page performance & create ads
    2. Ad Account: View performance
    3. Pixel: View Pixels
    4. Catalog: Create ads (partial access)

 

Click Save Changes

  1. Share your 10 digit Google Ads account ID by clicking the link below 
  2. The Optily Squad will send an access request using your supplied ID
  3. Approve the access request and that’s it

To Give a Partner Access to Your Assets
 
  1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account as an admin
  1. Find the Partner module under Users, on the left navigation bar
  1. Click Add Partners
  1. Input Optily’s ID: 7083455670993290241 into TikTok Business Center Account ID and click Next
  1. Select the ad accounts that you want to share with your partner, and assign a role for your partner
  1. Click Confirm
 
Your partner will now see the shared assets in their TikTok Business Center account.
  1. Share your 8 digit Microsoft Ads account ID by clicking the button below (XXX XXX XXXX)
  2. The Optily Squad will send you an access request using your supplied ID
  3. Approve the access request and that’s it



Submit your Microsoft Ads ID here

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics
  2. Click Admin, and navigate to the desired account/property/view
  3. In the Account, Property, or View column (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account, property, or view level), click Access Management
  4. In the Account permissions list, click +, then click Add users
  5. Enter google@optily.com for the user’s Google Account
  6. Select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user
  7. Select the permissions you want. Learn more about permissions. Optily requires only View access.
  8. Click Add

Take a look at this help article from Shopify to provide Optily with Collaborator Access to your store. 

To grant access to additional users, follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your Merchant Center account
  2. Click the tools iconTools and setting menu icon [Gear], then select Account access under the “Settings” menu
  3. Click the plus button plus
  4. Enter google@optily.com
  5. Click Add user
  6. On the next page, select the level of user access you’d like to grant, and email preferences for that user
  7. Click Save

 

After you’ve done this, the Optily Squad will receive the invitation and accept it.
